The unique historical building known as the Richtruv dům is one of the features of Prague's famous Male namesti (little square) which is situated between the city's number one tourist destination, the Old Town Square, and the world-famous Charles Bridge.
Originally a burgher´s house, the Richtruv dum is actually a row of several mediaeval houses, some parts of which date back as far as the year 1400. Since its first construction, the structure has undergone various additions from the Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance periods, all of which add to the charm and atmosphere of this prestigious building.
The Richtruv dum is presently being renovated and fitted out to the highest international office standards, although the developer, Flow East, has taken care to ensure that the building retains all of its original features and historical components whilst ensuring that it meets with the demands of the 21st Century.
A better location for both office and retail space would be hard to find.
