Prague is still regarded as one of the top five tourist destinations in the world and it would be safe to say that the majority of those tourists will walk past the Richtruv dum on their travels through Prague's Old Town. From a retail perspective, therefore, it would be difficult to find a more visible and prestigious location, particularly on the famous 'Královská cesta' (Kings Road).

Prague's main international airport is just 30 minutes' drive away.
